Q: What is MPRN? A: The Middle Peninsula Referral Network (MPRN) is a group of business people from the Middle Peninsula of Virginia, who meet weekly to pass referrals. The group is structured is such a way that there is only one member per industry. Each member works hard to teach each other what kind of clients they can best serve. We like to think that each of us has 24+ sales representatives looking for business.

Q: What are the responsibilities for the members? A: The main responsibility is to be active in the group. We want to make sure that the members of the group are at the meetings to teach the group about their business, pass referrals that they have created, and receive referrals from members in the group.

Q: How much are dues and what do they cover? A: The dues are $100.00 for the first year and $75.00 annually thereafter, due on your anniversary date.
The first year each member receives a membership book, which is the reason for the additional cost. The dues cover other costs such as this web page and meeting supplies. We have also had business after hours events.

Q: How is MPRN involved in the community? A: MPRN is not a service organization. Many of it's members are involved in other community organizations. We do let each other know what is happening in the community and how we can get involved. The best way we help the community is to create businesses that are strong and successful and therefore contribute to the economy of the localities we are a part of.
